Ashley is a registered nurse who has gone through a few pivots in her life chasing the happiness and joy everyone said she would experience in the nursing world. What she did find was BURNOUT and with passion for nursing still being where her heart lies, she had to figure out how to navigate through it and keep going!!

More about Ashley:
Ashley has a bachelor's degree in psychology and begin her career working in biomedical research as well as behavioral health before returning to school to earn her master's degree in nursing. Ashley began her nursing career in the ICU in 2019 and spent most of her time battling the COVID-19 pandemic. She has since tried her hand in outpatient treatment for opioid use disorder and is now starting a new path in the cath lab. She is the host of The Nursing Co-op podcast helping new and experienced nurses gain confidence and skills, avoid burnout, and prioritize their mental and physical health.
